We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

For COD orders, payment is due when the order is delivered, subject to the courier's procedures.

For online payments, orders may be processed after the payment is successfully verified. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their respective terms and security procedures.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently serve customers within Pakistan. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days, and estimated delivery is 3–5 working days, subject to order processing, courier operations, location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown or communicated before order confirmation.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Our standard policy allows eligible customers to request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Products must generally be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Certain products may be subject to additional restrictions where disclosed or required for hygiene or other legitimate reasons.
